Alcona Citizen’s for Health, Inc. will receive sealed bid proposals for construction from qualified contractors for new construction of the Oscoda Services.
Sealed BIDS for the construction of a 19,800-sf medical clinic, including but not limited to concrete and masonry, structural steel, framing and interior finishes, plumbing, mechanical, electrical trades, fire suppression, casework, and asphalt paving, will be received by Mark Jones, Architect, Attn: Mark Jones 1013 S. State, Suite C, Alpena, MI 49707, until 1:00 PM, (Eastern Standard Time) November 1, 2019. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at 1013 S. State, Suite C, Alpena, Michigan at 1:00 PM, (Eastern Standard Time) November 5, 2019. The Owner, in addition to its other rights, may reject any or all bids in the event that the construction loan by the U.S. Department of Agriculture – Rural Development does not close for any reason. All contracts are subject to approval by the U.S. Department of Agriculture – Rural Development before they become effective as to Owner.

The Project will utilize a general contractor. Overall administration of the Project will be the responsibility of the Mark Jones. The Owner will award the contract following the review of bids. Construction will start April 1, 2020, weather dependent.
