Nathan Barden, PA-C

Nathan Barden, PA-C earned his Master's Degree of Physician Assistant Studies from Grand Valley State University in 2006. He has specialty training in orthopedics, rural health, trauma, and MAT training. He serves as our Alcona Health Center Oscoda Medical Director. Recovery Services Team Member.

Karolina Bulak, MD

Karolina Bulak, MD practices family medicine. She received her Bachelor of Neuroscience from the University of Ann Arbor in 2015, before going on to achieve a Doctor of Medicine degree from Wayne State University School of Medicine in 2021. Dr. Bulak has a special interest in prenatal care and women's health and is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians.

Adam Moffatt, PA-C

Adam Moffatt, PA-C is a Physician's Assistant who practices family medicine. He earned a Bachelor's of Kinesiology in Rehabilitation Science at Lake Superior State University before going on to achieve his Master of Physician Assistant Studies degree from University of Saint Francis in Fort Wayne. Dr. Adrienne Westphal specializes in Psychiatry. She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences from Central Michigan University prior to advancing to Michigan State University where she earned her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Westphal completed both a General Psychiatry Residency (Michigan State University) and a Child & Adolescent Psychiatry Fellowship (Michigan State University). She is currently a member of the American Psychiatric Association, and the American Academy of Child & Adolescent Psychiatry
